Response time: usually within 1–2 business days.
While a session is active, Videotapr continuously records into a rolling buffer on your device. When you tap save, the last 10, 20 or 30 seconds are saved as a clip to your Photos library (iOS) or Gallery (Android). Nothing is uploaded.
No. Videotapr works fully offline. Recording, saving, and tagging clips all happen on your device.
Pro is a one-time purchase (no subscription). It unlocks unlimited clips, Full HD (1080p) recording, and tagging up to 8 players per session. The free tier is limited to 3 clips per day at HD quality. The exact Pro price depends on your platform (App Store or Google Play) and your region.
Start a session on your phone. A paired Apple Watch (iOS) or Wear OS smartwatch (Android) mirrors the session and shows a carousel with 10, 20 and 30 second options. Tap or swipe up on the watch to save the highlight without picking up your phone.
Open Videotapr and go to Settings, then tap Restore Purchase. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID (iOS) or Google account (Android) you used for the original purchase.
All clips are saved to your device's Photos library (iOS) or Gallery / Movies folder (Android). Videotapr never deletes them. If a clip is missing, check the "Recently Deleted" album (iOS) or Trash (Android). If you delete a session inside Videotapr, the underlying video files are kept untouched.
Open your device's Settings → Videotapr and make sure Camera and Microphone access are enabled. On Android, also check that battery optimization is disabled for Videotapr so the recording service is not interrupted.
Videotapr does not upload your videos and does not collect personal data beyond a hashed device identifier used only to prevent trial abuse. See our Privacy Policy.
